We studied what we knew, merged our experiences and expertise, and set out to create a place that delivered real value while holding onto everything we cherish about hospitality. BIGFAN was designed to ignite the senses — to offer an escape. It was important to us that everyone felt free to be themselves in our madhouse, because we believe that’s when the experience can truly be embraced. By working with local producers and combining their ingredients with refined Chinese craft, we set out to create bold, flavour-driven dishes and a fun, dynamic dining experience — layered with subtle, thoughtful details, yet always without fuss. To be awarded the MICHELIN Guide Bib Gourmand by @michelinguide after five years is a beautiful acknowledgement of what we set out to achieve — not with accolades in mind, but with the simple goal of creating an inclusive space where everyone could enjoy great food and hopefully discover something new. Thank you to @michelinguide , to all of our team — past and present — and of course to our beloved city, Dublin, and everyone who has visited and helped us keep the dream alive.
